User Role-Specific Features

One Posticy account can use both Marketer and Publisher dashboards. Dashboard Access lets you switch roles.

Marketer features

Create Projects, organize content and URL/Anchor sets, compare Marketplace websites, submit direct Proposals, and create Offer Requests. Review Publisher Proposals in My Offer Requests and select Accept Proposal when ready to commit.

Publisher features

Add websites, verify control, and complete Posticy review before Marketplace approval. Set placement prices and editorial requirements, review direct Proposals, and respond to matching requests through Available Offer Requests using Submit Proposal.

Acceptance, invoicing, and payment

For direct Proposals, Publisher acceptance creates the binding Order. For Offer Requests, Marketer acceptance of the Publisher’s Proposal creates it without a second Publisher acceptance. An invoice is generated automatically in the Publisher’s name. Marketers pay Publishers directly before publication, including through connected Stripe or PayPal accounts.

Delivery and review

The Publisher publishes the agreed content and submits the live URL through the official delivery workflow. The Marketer reviews it and can request corrections. Delivering the URL moves the Order into review; it does not mean the Publisher can skip Marketer review or ongoing publication obligations. Weekly Backlink Monitor checks begin after official delivery.

Connects and Premium

Free Plan Connect charges depend on the action and applicable price tier. Premium exemptions apply separately to each account and do not cover placement payments. See the Connects guide for consumption and restoration rules.
