Why Do I Need to Create a Project Before Accessing the Marketplace?

To access the Posticy Marketplace as a marketer, you must first create a project. This requirement is intentional and helps ensure a high-quality experience for both Marketers and Publishers.
Why Is a Project Required?

A project represents the website, brand, product, or service you intend to promote.
By requiring a project before marketplace access, we can:

  • Ensure Marketers have a genuine promotional intent.
  • Help Publishers understand who may be interested in their placements.
  • Maintain a marketplace focused on active business opportunities rather than casual browsing.
  • Reduce spam, scraping, and low-quality requests.

Does Creating a Project Commit Me to Buying Anything?

No. Creating a project is completely free and does not obligate you to purchase placements or submit proposals. It simply unlocks marketplace access and helps us provide a more relevant experience.

What Information Is Required?

Setting up a project takes only a few minutes and typically includes:

  • Project name
  • Website URL
  • Short description
  • Industry or niche

You can update these details at any time.

Can I Browse the Marketplace Without a Project?

No. Marketplace access is available only after a project has been created.
This policy helps ensure that Publishers receive interest from Marketers who are actively looking to promote a website, product, or service.

Continue after creating a Project

Add content, organize your target URLs and anchors, then choose a direct Proposal or Offer Request. Creating a Project does not consume Proposal Connects or commit you to a placement. Review the Marketer getting-started guide and Connects guide.
