What are Connects?
Connects are usage units for selected Posticy platform actions on the Free Plan. They are separate from the Publisher's placement price and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another User.
When Connects are used
- Direct marketplace Proposals: a Marketer uses Connects when submitting a Proposal to a Publisher. A Publisher uses Connects when accepting a direct Proposal.
- Offer Requests: a Marketer uses Connects when creating or restarting a request. A Publisher uses Connects when submitting a response through Submit Proposal.
For an Offer Request, the Marketer's charge depends on the request price. The Publisher's response charge depends on the response price; a lower offered price is used when applicable. Review the number shown before confirming any action.

When Connects are restored
For a direct marketplace Proposal, the Marketer's submission Connects are restored if the Publisher rejects it or the Marketer cancels it. Receiving no response alone does not restore them.
For Offer Requests:
- Rejecting a Publisher Proposal, or the Publisher withdrawing it before acceptance, restores that Publisher's response Connects.
- Cancelling a request before a binding Order closes pending Proposals and restores the Marketer's request Connects and pending Publishers' response Connects.
- Accepting one Proposal closes competing pending Proposals and restores those Publishers' response Connects.
- Expiry after 30 days without an accepted Proposal closes pending Proposals and restores the request and pending response Connects.
- Non-response alone does not restore Connects while the request remains open.
Restarting a cancelled or expired request uses Marketer Connects again on the Free Plan and starts a new 30-day window.
Free and purchased Connects
Free accounts receive 3 Connects per month. Monthly Connects reset each cycle, do not accumulate, and expire at the end of the cycle. Additional Connects cost €5 each, excluding VAT where applicable.
Purchased Connects can be used for both Marketer and Publisher actions on the same account. They remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Each purchase has its own expiry date; buying more Connects does not extend earlier purchases. Restoring consumed usage units is separate from a cash refund. Purchases are not refundable merely because you change your mind, leave Connects unused, or an independent collaboration fails, subject to the refund exceptions in the Terms and applicable law.
Premium subscription
An active Premium subscription provides Connect-free usage for supported marketplace actions, including creating or restarting Offer Requests and submitting responses. Each account's subscription applies separately. Premium does not cover Publisher placement prices.
Premium usage remains subject to fair usage and anti-abuse rules. Spam, scraping, fake collaborations, automated Proposal generation, and manipulation of marketplace activity are prohibited.
Before you confirm
Check the Publisher price, the Connects requirement, and your account's subscription status. Posticy may update pricing, thresholds, and usage rules; the Platform displays the current requirement before confirmation.

Premium price, renewal, and cancellation
Premium costs €199 per month, excluding VAT where applicable, unless another price is expressly agreed at purchase. It is billed in advance and renews monthly until cancelled. Email support@posticy.com from your registered email address before the next renewal to cancel. Access continues to the end of the current paid period; cancellation alone does not refund its unused portion. Posticy confirms the cancellation and access end date.
Suspension, closure, and refunds
Temporary suspension does not itself cancel valid purchased Connects, although their validity periods continue. If Posticy determines a suspension was unjustified, it extends the affected validity periods by the suspension’s duration. On permanent account closure, valid unused purchased Connects are refunded at the price actually paid within 14 calendar days. Free Connects have no monetary refund value. A good-faith payment dispute does not itself cause unrelated purchased Connects to be forfeited. See Sections 9 and 12 of the Terms and Conditions.
After an Order is accepted
Restoration for pending Proposals and Offer Requests does not imply a blanket Connect refund when an accepted Order fails or is cancelled. Placement refunds paid directly to Publishers are handled between the Users under the Order and applicable law.
