How Offer Requests Work

Offer Requests help Marketers find suitable Publishers without reviewing every website individually. Set your requirements and maximum budget, then compare the Proposals submitted by matching Publishers.

Create an Offer Request

Each Offer Request is tied to an article. Start from My Content, your Project, or My Offer Requests and select the article you want published.

  1. Website requirements: choose the language, country, and minimum SEO metrics, such as Moz DA, Ahrefs DR, or traffic. Leave optional fields blank when you do not need a limit.
  2. Additional details: add any instructions Publishers should consider.
  3. Maximum budget: enter the most you are willing to pay, with a minimum of €10. Publishers cannot submit a Proposal above this amount.

The form shows an estimate of matching websites. Review the requirements and any Connects required before submitting.

Reach matching Publishers

Posticy emails Publishers whose verified websites match your requirements. Each matching Publisher is notified once per request. Editing an active request does not send another round of emails.

Publishers review matching requests in Available Offer Requests. They choose an eligible website, set a price within your maximum budget, and use Submit Proposal. Submitting a Proposal means the Publisher agrees to fulfil it if you accept.

Compare and accept Proposals

Review responses in My Offer Requests and compare each website, price, and message. You receive platform and email notifications when a Publisher responds.

  • Accept Proposal: acceptance creates a binding Order and an invoice automatically in the Publisher's name. Payment is required before publication. The Offer Request closes and competing pending Proposals close automatically.
  • Reject Proposal: the rejected response closes, and the Publisher's response Connects are restored. Your Offer Request remains open so you can compare other Proposals.

Connects and Premium

On the Free Plan, creating an Offer Request consumes Marketer Connects based on the request price. A Publisher response consumes Publisher Connects based on its price; when the offered price is lower, that lower price is used. Receiving a response does not itself consume additional Marketer Connects.

An active Premium subscription exempts that account from Connects charges for creating or restarting Offer Requests and responding to them. Each account's subscription applies separately. Publisher placement prices remain payable.

  • A Publisher's response Connects are restored if you reject the Proposal or the Publisher withdraws it before acceptance.
  • Cancelling a request before a binding Order is created closes pending Proposals and restores the Marketer's request Connects and pending Publishers' response Connects.
  • When one Proposal is accepted, other pending Proposals close and those Publishers' response Connects are restored.
  • If no Proposal is accepted within 30 days, the request expires, pending Proposals close, and the request and pending response Connects are restored.
  • Non-response alone does not restore Connects while a request remains open.

Edit or restart a request

You can update the budget, notes, and requirements while a request is active. Restarting a cancelled or expired request starts a new 30-day window and consumes Marketer Connects again on the Free Plan. Active Premium accounts are exempt from this restart charge.

Changes to existing Proposals

Editing an open Offer Request does not change the price or terms of Publisher Proposals already submitted unless the respective Publisher agrees. Accepting an existing Proposal creates an Order on its terms, including changes expressly agreed by both Users. After acceptance, follow Order cancellation and remedy rules rather than the pending-request cancellation rules.
