Purchased Connects let Free-plan accounts perform eligible Posticy marketplace actions. They cost €5 each, excluding VAT where applicable, and are separate from Publisher placement fees and Premium subscriptions.
Check your balance and activity
Open My Account → Connects History in your dashboard. The page shows your balance, a recent activity summary and individual records with Date, Activity, Details, Type, Connects and Balance.
Use All activity, Used, Purchased or Earned to narrow the records. The Date range selector offers Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months and All time. Related records may include a website link or View Chat for the collaboration.
For an active Premium account, the interface may display Unlimited or an infinity symbol and show zero Connect consumption for covered actions. This describes Premium usage coverage; it is not a purchased balance with unlimited monetary value. Check My Account → My Subscription for your plan status.
Open the purchase page
From My Subscription, click Buy more Connects to open Get more Connects. Review the Pay as you go options and your subscription before deciding whether you need additional units.
Choose a pack
The current page offers these packs at €5 per Connect:
- 1 Connect: €5
- 3 Connects: €15
- 5 Connects: €25
- 10 Connects: €50
- 25 Connects: €125
- 50 Connects: €250
- 100 Connects: €500
Use Show all 7 packs to reveal the larger packs. Selecting a pack updates Selected pack, Price, New balance and the Buy button. Selecting it alone does not complete a purchase.
Review and complete the purchase
- Select the required pack.
- Review the quantity, displayed price and resulting balance. Prices may change; use the current purchase details.
- When ready, use the Buy button showing the selected quantity and amount, and follow the payment steps presented.
- Before confirming payment, check the total including applicable VAT and the Connect expiry date.
- Keep the purchase confirmation and check Connects History for the purchased units.
If a payment succeeds but the purchase record or balance is unclear, check the confirmation and contact support before purchasing again.
Purchased Connects and free monthly units
Purchased Connects remain valid for 12 months from their purchase date. Each purchase has its own validity period. Buying another pack does not extend earlier purchases, and Premium does not pause or extend their expiry.
The Free plan's monthly allocation is different: 3 Free Connects per monthly cycle, expiring at that cycle's end without accumulation. Purchased units are not subject to that monthly expiry. Connects can be used for eligible Marketer and Publisher actions on the same account, but cannot be transferred to another User or exchanged outside Posticy.
How Connects are used
On the Free plan, Connects apply to Marketer Direct Proposal submission, Publisher Direct Proposal acceptance, Marketer Offer Request creation or restart, and Publisher Proposal submission in response to an Offer Request. The charge depends on the applicable price tier and is shown before confirming the action.
Connects do not pay for a Publisher placement. An accepted Proposal creates an Order and an invoice in the Publisher's name; the placement fee is paid separately before publication. For the tiers and restoration events, see Understanding Connects on Posticy.
If you have Premium
Covered marketplace actions do not consume Connects while Premium is active, subject to fair use. Each account's subscription applies independently. Valid purchased Connects may be used for applicable actions after returning to Free, within their original validity periods. See Premium: Benefits, Billing and Cancellation.
Restoration and monetary refunds
Restoring Connects for eligible pending Proposal or Offer Request events is separate from a monetary refund. Unused access, a change of mind or a failed independent placement does not by itself entitle you to a refund, subject to expressly agreed refunds, the Terms' exceptions and applicable law.
On permanent account closure, valid, unused purchased Connects are refunded at the price actually paid within 14 calendar days after closure. Free Connects have no monetary refund value. Temporary suspension does not itself cancel valid purchased units; their expiry periods continue. If Posticy determines a suspension was unjustified, it extends affected validity periods by the suspension's duration.
