A Proposal is pending until the relevant User accepts it. Acceptance creates a binding Order and automatically generates an invoice in the Publisher’s name. Payment is required before publication; it does not determine when the Order becomes binding.
Status guide
- Received: A Marketer’s direct Proposal is awaiting your review. Receiving or rejecting it does not itself consume your Connects.
- Accepted: You have accepted the direct Proposal. For an Offer Request response, Marketer acceptance creates the Order without a second acceptance by you. Confirm payment before publication.
- Rejected: The pending Proposal has been declined. The applicable restoration rules are in the Connects guide.
- In Progress: Payment has been confirmed. Publish according to the agreed Order.
- Pending: After publication, use the official delivery step, including Mark as completed where shown, and submit the published URL. The Order enters Marketer review; your delivery action does not bypass that review.
- Revision: The Marketer has requested corrections during the five-day review period. Correct deviations from the agreed requirements. Material content or scope changes require agreement.
- Completed: The Marketer has accepted completion, or the five-day review period has elapsed without an outstanding revision. Continue to maintain the agreed publication period.
Delivery and payment records
Deliver the URL through the Order workflow to activate weekly monitoring. A chat message alone does not activate it. For manually reported payments, verify actual receipt in your payment account; a typed transaction ID alone is not proof of receipt.
Publication period and defects
Unless another period is agreed before acceptance, the Publisher must maintain the placement and agreed links for at least 12 months from first publication. If content is removed or agreed links or attributes change during that period, notify the Publisher through the Platform. The Publisher must respond and correct a defect within seven calendar days unless another deadline is agreed or correction would be unlawful. If correction is impossible, Users may agree a replacement or refund directly; a different-site replacement requires Marketer approval. These rights continue after an Order is marked Completed. See the Terms and Conditions.
