Managing Projects and Content

A Project groups the website or campaign you promote with its articles, Orders, recommended publishing websites and monitoring information. Use separate Projects when you need to distinguish clients, websites, languages or target audiences.

Find and open a Project

In the Marketer dashboard, open My Projects. Search by name and use the available card or list view. The page includes Active and Archive sections. Click a Project name to open its workspace.

Project cards show information such as Articles, Orders and Matches. A match is a recommended website to assess, not a confirmed placement or guaranteed result.

Create a Project

  1. Click Add New Project.
  2. Enter a unique Project Name. The form specifies a maximum of 30 characters.
  3. Select the required Category, Language and Country for the content and audience.
  4. Enter the required Website URL, including http:// or https://. Use the intended www or non-www version consistently.
  5. Complete the Add Competitor field marked as required. Use + Add Competitor to add competitors up to the displayed limit of three.
  6. Optionally select Weekly email recommendations for Newly Added Websites to receive websites matching the Project's language, category and country.
  7. Review the details, click Create Project, and check the save confirmation.

Project context is used by features such as website recommendations and AI article generation. Check it carefully before preparing content. See Why Do I Need to Create a Project Before Accessing the Marketplace?.

Use the Project workspace

  • Articles: find content belonging to this Project, check the displayed target URL and anchor, and start a placement workflow.
  • Orders: review collaborations associated with the Project.
  • Links Monitoring: review monitoring information for delivered Posticy Order placements.
  • Recommended: assess suggested websites against your campaign requirements.
  • Competitor Links: review available competitor backlink information.

Use the Project selector where shown to check which Project you are working in. Empty tabs or zero counts may reflect the selected Project and current data; they do not by themselves mean an action failed.

Add and manage content

In the Articles tab, click Add new content. You can also use My Content → Add New Content from the dashboard menu and select the intended Project. Choose manual content, AI generation or the article-writing service. See Creating and Generating Articles.

Use the article search and available filter to locate content. The article's action menu provides controls such as View Article and Edit. Check the title, promoted URL, anchor, formatting and content before submitting it to a Publisher.

Saving content does not itself arrange external publication. See Understanding Status Labels of Articles and Manage URLs and Anchors Effectively.

Arrange a placement from an article

Send Proposal starts the direct placement route when you choose a specific website. Request Offers is the current control for creating an Offer Request so matching Publishers can respond. You may also see the legacy Inquiries label in navigation.

These routes create a binding Order only on the relevant acceptance. Payment is then required before publication. See Sending a Direct Proposal and Offer Requests for Marketers.

Edit Project details carefully

Use Edit on a Project card or the edit icon beside its name to open the Project settings. Review the fields, save the intended changes and verify the updated details. Editing a Project or an article does not automatically alter an accepted Order or an article already published on a Publisher's website. Changes to agreed terms require both parties' agreement.

If you use a Delete control, review the confirmation and the affected content before proceeding. Do not use it as a way to cancel an accepted Order. Keep any records you need for ongoing collaborations.

Monitoring and support

Monitoring starts only after official published-URL delivery through a Posticy Order and runs weekly. It does not cover placements arranged outside Posticy. See Backlinks Monitoring integrated service.

If a Project or article is missing, check your account role, selected Project, search and filters first. For a persistent access or save issue, submit a support ticket with the Project name and error.
