Use My Content to add an existing article, generate an AI draft, or order an article from Posticy’s writers. Each article belongs to a Project. Preparing content and arranging its publication are separate steps.
Choose how to create your article
- In the Marketer dashboard, open My Content → Add New Content.
- Select the relevant Project.
- Choose Add Manually if you already have content, Generate Article to create an AI draft, or Order Article for a writing service.
You can also open Create with AI directly from the My Content menu. If your Project is not available, create it first or check that you are using the correct account.
Add an existing article manually
- Choose Project Name.
- Enter the Article Title.
- Add an optional main image using Select Image / Browse.
- Write or paste your article into the Article editor.
- Add the hyperlinks you want included, then review the detected Target URL and Anchor Text and select the main promoted link.
- Review the content and choose the appropriate save action.
Project Name, Article Title, and Article are marked as required. Use images and text that you have permission to use.
Use the formatting controls
The editor provides styles, bold and underline, font and colour controls, numbered and bulleted lists, paragraph formatting, tables, links, pictures, and video. Full Screen gives you more room to edit. Remove Font Style helps clear unwanted formatting copied from another source. Code View is available for users who need to edit the article’s HTML.
To create a link, use the Link control and check both the destination URL and clickable anchor text. A URL typed as plain text may not be detected as a hyperlink. After pasting content, check headings, spacing, images, and links in the editor.
Generate an article with AI
- Open Create with AI, or choose Generate Article from Add New Content.
- Select the Project.
- Enter the required Article topic.
- Choose an Article length: 300, 500, 750, or 1,000 words. The initial selection is 500 words. Treat this as a requested length; check the actual word count after generation.
- Optionally add an Article brief describing the audience, angle, facts, tone, and Publisher requirements.
- Expand Add SEO & link details if needed. Enter comma-separated Keywords, a Target page URL, and Anchor text. If the Target page URL is empty, the form uses your Project’s website.
- Select Generate Article and wait for the draft to appear.
The form uses your Project’s language, category, country, and website context automatically. Check that context before generating.
Review the generated draft
The result appears in the Article Editor with a title, word count, image option, and formatting controls. Edit the title and text, add an image if needed, and confirm the promoted URL and anchor in the detected-links table.
Check facts, names, claims, spelling, language, links, and any sources or permissions needed. AI output is a starting point and does not guarantee accuracy, originality, search rankings, or Publisher acceptance. Replace generic anchor text with the phrase you actually want to promote.
Use Regenerate to request another draft, or Save when you are ready to store the reviewed content. Keep a copy of edits you want to retain before regenerating. Confirm that saving succeeds before leaving the page, and check All Content for the saved article.
Save versus Save & Publish
In the manual editor, Save stores the article as a draft for future editing. The interface describes Save & Publish as finalizing the article and making it available for Publishers to review and promote. This does not itself publish a placement on a Publisher’s website, create a binding Order, or pay a placement fee.
To arrange a placement, submit a direct Proposal or create an Offer Request and review Publisher Proposals. Acceptance creates a binding Order and an invoice in the Publisher’s name. Payment is required before publication.
Order an article from Posticy’s writers
Choose Order Article from Add New Content, or open Content Purchase from My Content. Review the writing service’s scope and displayed price before ordering. Article-writing services and Publisher placement prices are separate; Premium or Connects coverage does not automatically include every writing or AI service.
If you cannot continue
- Check all required fields and any validation message shown.
- Confirm the correct Project and review its context.
- If a promoted link is not detected, ensure it is an actual hyperlink in the article and check its URL and anchor text.
- If generation or saving fails, keep a copy of your content and submit a support ticket with the error and the relevant Project details.
Once a Proposal is accepted, changes to agreed content or Order terms require both Users’ agreement. Editing content in Posticy does not automatically update an article already published on a Publisher’s website.
