Posticy connects Marketers with Publishers for guest posts, sponsored content, digital PR, and other agreed placements.
Two ways to arrange a placement
Marketers can submit a direct Proposal to a selected Publisher, or create an Offer Request and compare Publisher Proposals. A direct Proposal becomes a binding Order when the Publisher accepts it. A Publisher Proposal responding to an Offer Request becomes a binding Order when the Marketer accepts it. Acceptance automatically generates an invoice in the Publisher’s name. Payment is required before publication.
Projects, content, and communication
Marketers organize articles, target URLs, and anchor text in Projects. Publishers manage approved websites, prices, and editorial requirements. The Platform provides Order status updates, notifications, and chat to coordinate the agreed placement.
Payments and platform costs
For independent marketplace placements, the Marketer pays the Publisher directly. Normal Publisher accounts and the Publisher Sales Portal support Stripe and PayPal integrations with automatic invoicing. Posticy does not hold these placement funds or act as escrow. Connects and Premium are separate platform usage costs; they do not pay for placements.
Publication and monitoring
Publishers deliver the published URL through the official Order delivery step. Backlink Monitor covers placements arranged through Posticy and runs weekly checks after that delivery. It does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, or continued publication. Unless another period is agreed before acceptance, the Publisher must keep the placement and agreed links available for at least 12 months from first publication.
Managed services
Posticy also offers Semi-Managed and Fully Managed services under a separate agreement. Their approval, budget, replacement, and refund rules are described in the Terms and Conditions.
