Offer Requests for Publishers

Offer Requests are requests created by Marketers when they are looking for publishers that meet specific SEO criteria and pricing expectations. Unlike the classic marketplace flow where Marketers select websites directly, Offer Requests allow Publishers to receive and respond to inbound demand.

These Offer Requests appear in the Publisher Dashboard once a Marketer submits an Offer Request.

How Offer Requests are created

After adding a new article to a Project, a Marketer can choose to send an Offer Request instead of selecting websites directly from the marketplace.

When creating an Offer Request, the Marketer specifies:

  • Minimum Domain Authority (DA)
  • Minimum Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR)
  • Minimum organic traffic according to Ahrefs
  • Maximum price they are willing to pay

Once submitted, the request appears in Available Offer Requests for eligible Publishers.

Who can respond to an Offer Request

Only Publishers whose websites meet all required SEO metrics can submit a Proposal.

The system automatically checks:

  • DA threshold
  • Ahrefs DR threshold
  • Minimum organic traffic

If a website does not meet these requirements, the option to submit a Proposal is disabled. This ensures that Marketers only receive relevant and qualified proposals.

Submitting a Proposal as a Publisher

If your website meets the required metrics, you can:

  • Submit a Proposal at the maximum price defined by the Marketer
  • Submit a Proposal at a lower price if you choose

Each Proposal represents your willingness to publish the article under the specified conditions.

What happens after submitting a Proposal

Submitting a Proposal does not guarantee selection.

  • The Marketer reviews all received offers
  • The Marketer decides which offer to accept
  • Only accepted offers move forward to publication

By submitting a Proposal, you agree to fulfil it if the Marketer accepts. Acceptance creates a binding Order.

Review requests and submit your Proposal

Open Available Offer Requests to review matching requests. Choose an eligible website, enter a price no higher than the Marketer's maximum budget, and select Submit Proposal. Review the article and requirements before submitting.

Acceptance and payment

When the Marketer selects Accept Proposal, Posticy creates a binding Order and an invoice automatically in your name. Payment is required before publication.

Connects and Premium

On the Free Plan, submitting a response consumes Connects based on its price. If you offer a lower price, that lower price determines the Connects required. Your active Premium subscription exempts your response from Connects charges; the Marketer's subscription does not apply to your account.

Your response Connects are restored when the Marketer rejects your Proposal, you withdraw it before acceptance, the request is cancelled before a binding Order, another Proposal is accepted, or the request expires after 30 days without an accepted Proposal. Non-response alone does not restore Connects while the request remains open.

Read the complete Offer Request workflow.

When the Marketer edits a request

An edit to the open Offer Request does not change your already submitted Proposal’s price or terms unless you agree to the change. Marketer acceptance creates an Order on your Proposal’s terms, including any changes both Users agree. Once accepted, use the Order cancellation and remedy rules.
