Account and Website Migration Request

If you want to move your websites, articles, orders, or other supported data from your existing Posticy account to a new account, you can request an account and website migration from the Posticy team.

Process
1. Submit a Migration Request
Contact the Posticy Admin team using the email address of your existing Posticy account and request the migration. Clearly mention that you want to move your account data to a new email address.

2. Create a New Posticy Account
Create a new Posticy account using the email address to which you want to migrate your data. The new email address must be registered on Posticy before the migration can be processed.

3. Provide the New Account Email
Send the new Posticy account email address to the Posticy team from your existing account email. This allows the team to identify the existing account and the new account for the migration.

4. Data That Can Be Migrated
The supported migration process can move account-related data such as:
  • Websites
  • Articles
  • Orders
  • Article requests
  • Projects
  • Chats and messages
  • Reviews
  • Payments and payment details
These records are transferred from the existing account to the new account.

Important
The original account remains active after the migration and can still be used to log in. Wallet balances, withdrawals, subscriptions, Connects (formerly labelled proposal credits), and referral-related earnings remain on the original account and are not transferred to the new account.

Migration is a one-time transfer, not an ongoing sync. Any new websites, orders, articles, messages, or other supported records created on the original account after the migration will remain on that account and will not automatically appear on the new account.

Once the migration is confirmed, we recommend using the new account for all future activity. If you continue using both accounts and need additional data moved later, contact the Posticy team for a follow-up migration request.

Migration is not a way to bypass account rules

Arrange the transfer with Posticy Support. An approved migration is separate from creating accounts to avoid Connects, subscription limits, restrictions, or enforcement. Migration does not itself close the original account or trigger a purchased-Connect refund. Permanent closure and valid unused purchased Connects follow Section 12.2 of the Terms and Conditions.
