My Website Is Approved, but I Am Not Receiving Orders

Approval makes an eligible listing available in the Marketplace. It does not guarantee Proposals, Orders or earnings. If your website is approved but has not received enquiries, first check visibility and then review how clearly your listing matches Marketer needs.

Check status and visibility

  1. Open My Websites and locate the correct domain.
  2. Check its status and whether it is hidden or awaiting review after an edit.
  3. Open the listing details and your Public Profile to review its presentation.
  4. If the listing appears unavailable unexpectedly, contact Support with the domain and a screenshot of the status.

Your own Publisher websites are excluded from Marketplace searches in your same-account Marketer view. Their absence there does not by itself show that other Marketers cannot find them.

Make your offer easy to evaluate

Describe the website's real audience, main subjects and publication languages. Select relevant categories and offer only formats you can deliver. Explain editorial requirements clearly rather than filling the description with broad ranking promises.

Check the Guest Post and Niche Edit prices separately, including currencies. State any additional conditions before accepting a Proposal. An attractive price cannot replace a relevant audience or a credible publication, and a high authority metric alone does not establish suitability.

Check communication and opportunities

Review your Inbox and notification preferences so you do not miss incoming Proposals or questions. Respond with clear answers about the selected website and the requested placement.

You can also review relevant Offer Requests and respond through the available Publisher workflow. Read the brief first and offer an appropriate website. Check any displayed Connects requirement or Premium eligibility before confirming an action.

Share your Publisher profile

When showing clients the websites you offer on Posticy, share your public Posticy profile. Keep those listings accurate and use the platform's Proposal and Order workflow for the placement. Do not present an external list as though every domain in it has been verified or approved by Posticy.

Should I Boost or feature the website?

Boosting and featuring are optional paid visibility services. Review their current scope and price before purchasing. They do not guarantee enquiries, Orders, traffic or revenue. Check that your listing is accurate and available before considering a visibility upgrade.
